Just out of curiousity. And also cos I've been using Fructus for a while but I don't wash my hair that often, probably every 3-4days, and was wondering if that was ';frequent'; enough cos it doesn't seem to be making my rough, frizzy %26amp; extremely wavy hair any better.How frequent does 'for frequent use' mean on shampoo bottles?

Well first get a different hair product and it might change that; becuase your hair might react to that shampoo. If you want straight hair I reccommend herbal esscence pin straight shampoo following the conditionar. I would say to wash your hair every other day beacuase if you wash your hair to much it can loose healthy oils and makes your product less effective. Oh and before using the herbal esscence use nexus humectress ultimate moisturizing conditionar (found at salons) and a frizz control shampoo for 2-4 weeks depening on reaction. If you want voulmus hair try herbal esscence body envy volumizing shampoo. But i personally like straight hair so I don't even bother with knowing how to have my hair curly.

I don't think it's your hair I think it's the shampoo.. You should invest in a salon branded shampoo.. Like Joico or Biolage. I have frizzy and curly hair and I really like both of these and they are concentrated so they last for a very long time! Good Luck!

It means everyday or everyother day.
at least every other day is what they're saying....but most of us wash our hair EVERYDAY.
